Next Meeting

The February 2nd meeting will feature a presentation by the EL2A VooDudes.

On February 2nd, the US contingent of the VooDoo Contest Group will be presenting the full story of the 2012 DXpedition to Liberia at the February CADXA meeting. Mike, KC7V, will lead the team (supported by AA7A, KY7M and
N7CW) in a multimedia presentation of this past year's trip to West Africa to participate in the CQWW DX CW competition and to conduct their normal measure of DXing on the HF and VHF bands. All AOCC members are invited to share in the celebration of this past year's visit to yet new DXCC for the world-renown contest team. The CADXA meeting will start at 7 PM with the presentation following at approximately 8 PM.

CADXA General Meeting Information

The CADXA meets the first Thursday of each month (except January, see "Annual Banquet" below) at 7:00 PM. We meet at the SRP Pera Club which is located at 1 Continental Drive, Tempe, Arizona. Continental Drive is about a half mile south of McDowell Road. The SRP property is at the west end of Continental Drive, west of 68th Street. Once on the property, the Pera Club building is at the far south end of the parking lot.

The meetings, which last until approximately 9:00 PM, typically feature a guest speaker and topics focused on DX operating or general operating skills.

Visitors are welcome and are encouraged to come to a meeting to see what we're all about. There are plenty of opportunities before, during and after the meeting to socialize - so take advantage of it and be prepared to talk about a whole lot of DXing!
